  1. Except it doesn't do that, at least for me. When it hits one of the limits it chickens then goes back to lab and back in the map again? So potential 5 chickens in a row. Otherwise wouldn't be a prob
  2. After shouting some of this earlier though it might be useful for any other tinfoil hatters out there Basically when you create a new VM it generates a MAC address for the VM network card. Also if you used the clone option in VMware then it does this automatically, if you copied vm folder then as long as you said you copied it when you fired it up it would generate a new one too (the moved it option will keep everything the same). The potential flagging source I think is that when it does this it creates one with a VMware OUI. That's the first 6 characters of a MAC address and they identify the vendor of the network card. A full list is here: http://standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/oui/oui.txt So if GGG are getting MACs then it would be very easy for them to scan their list and pick out ones with VMware OUIs. And what percentage of people playing in a VM would be botters?! Greater than 90% I'd guess. So when you create a new vm or clone one, I wouldn't use the MAC that it gives you. You could potentially take any of the OUIs on the above list but easiest I think is to take the one from your PCs card, you can check it by going to network and sharing centre then your local area connection then details or via ipconfig /all in a cmd shell. Then take those first 6 characters and put them in here: http://www.miniwebtool.com/mac-address-generator/ and change the format to the one with colons in. Then with your new vm turned off open it's vmx file and you'll find the mac address it's been given, replace it with the one from the generator. Do GGG collect this? Who knows. They can't from the IP packets as MACs are constantly overwritten along the connection route but they could in their code. While you're at it I'd always run POE with the -ns (no sound) parameter, that'll hide the VMware sound driver too, or better still just delete the VMs sound card completely. Not a lot you can do about the graphics card, there are some tools out there for spoofing the name directx reports but I've had no success with them so far. Please post here if you find a way of doing it!!
  3. Yeah I guessed that and I've gone with it too, already had similar values myself. That's not the issue though. It's that when it does reach one of those it chicken rather than tp.
  4. Bump like a selfish stuck record bitch, I need all the DPS I can get in my new mapping bot!!!!
  5. When it hits one of them (Max Time, Max Idle, Max Idle) then it quits to login. In maps this can generate an excessive amount of relogs if a map is mostly cleared as it'll hit the idle limit, quit, go back into lab and map, reach idle, quit and on until the remaining lab portals are used if it can't find anything. Why not just portal out? It does it when it reaches the 100% explore so code is there (granted with a tag to say map cleared do another) And it used to do it pre v0.17 on zones now it quits on those too. Btw Alk never take any of my suggestions as moans, this bot is fkin rockin! Your latest job on mapping is soooooooo coooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!! Think I might have mentioned that once or twice

    v0.17C Bugs

Might just be me but before v0.17 I've never seen the bot idling on a cleared zone before (note I do mean zone not map). Now I've seen it a few times. I have Max Run Time @ 1000, Max Idle Time @ 120 and Max Explore Percent @ 90. So far as I can see it should never fully clear a zone and stand still idling as should exit when explore % hits 90. I know this setting is ignored on maps to fully clear them, it isn't being ignored for normal zones as well is it? On the exiting at limit note I'm going to put in a feature request on that as I think it should tp out rather than quit to login as it's generating a lot of unnecessary logins.

    v0.17C Bugs

Yes that's right and the only options, Check this though it fixed it for me: https://exiled-bot.net/community/index.php/topic/2717-windows-themes-and-coord-misclicks/ I'm also getting the social window opening/closing after returning from lab but not got stuck on it yet. Why's it do that Alk?

    Windows themes and coord misclicks

Creds to Alk really was him who said we should use default Aero theme last night was me that just didn't want to for performance reasons! Or rather couldn't as I've stripped all theme support out of my homecooked win 7 lite version like a dumbass so had to find a fix
  9. bonebox

    Windows themes and coord misclicks

If you're running the Windows Classic (non Aero) theme, you need to change the window title bar depth and border width. Right click on desktop go to personalize click on window color and change Item to "Active Title Bar" then it's size to 22 and it's font to Segoe UI 9 pt. Then change Item to "Active Window Border" then it's size to 5. The defaults of 21 and 1 that you get when you choose the "Windows 7" aero theme are fine as this is what Alk's used when he's set coords, but the theme chosen makes a difference to how much padding you need. Believe it or not this can make the difference between a hit/miss when clicking on things like the map device. Of course you could always just switch to the "Windows 7" theme under aero so you're using the same as Alk uses for dev But I don't for minor system overhead reasons.

    Default pickit bugs

Thought I should separate this out from the 17b bug thread as it's something everyone can fix themselves in the interim. There's an entry of [Computed Energy Sheild] and several [Computer Energy shield] all which should be [Computed Energy Shield] [base_movement_velocity_+% ] has a trailing space which shouldn't be there. [base_all_elemental_damage_resistance_%] i can only find [base_resist_all_elements_%] which sounds similar

    v0.17b Bugs

16 won't work and will do exactly that, stop at the char select. And no, no user/pass needs specifying and sounds like you're logging in which is the last verification point. You're not on steam are you? I've not seen what happens with a steam version but know the bot doesn't work with it.

    v0.17b Bugs

In meantime yes, but I've pm'd Phaukt so sure he'll change it for next release. This isn't what's causing your probs tho, you have selected the right character position in the bot gui?
  13. bonebox

    v0.17b Bugs

That does highlight a couple of errors in the default pickit: All refs to [Computer Energy shield] and variations should be [Computed Energy Shield] [base_movement_velocity_+% ] has a trailing space which shouldn't be there

    v0.17b Bugs

Yep ofc clearing makes sense now never thought of that feature of maps. Would be good to tp out rather than relog though when it reaches one of the other timeouts, excessive relogs could be a problem (6 per map if it's continuously running maps is going to get noticed imo). Better would be mark as cleared if it does timeout or you could be wasting up to 10 mins per map if you've got max idle time set at 2 mins. Just noticed how it sets a new portal point when it enters a separate area of a map (e.g. through a door or stairs), nice dude, niiiice

    v0.17b Bugs

Just had an interesting episode of the "ghost" mob attack. Was in middle of a spread out pack and it stopped, logs show it trying to attack something that wasn't there. Then some of the other mobs moved closer and it attacked them then went back to attacking the ghost again. Then more mobs moved in and char got moved a bit and on killing them it walked right over the point at which it was attacking a ghost and completely ignored it and went on it's way. So it''s not that it is consistently identifying some object in memory incorrectly as a mob. It did it once then when it had moved on it didn't do it again. And for me skills working perfectly, have 4 skills with some overlapping ranges set at different priorities cooldowns etc and all sweet, very odd. Out of interest are all you guys having problems setting everything up fresh without copying any ini files?

    v0.17b Bugs

Mostly working ok for me at the mo apart from the opening map device (also for me tries to click down and to the right by about 20,20 pixels same as hamncheese's grab so fails and log shows looping of opening map device). It's worked a couple of times but no pattern. Also had a coord issue with trying to take a map from second lowest row in stash. It clicked slightly too low and got a jewellers that was in the cell below instead. Then put it back and got it again put it back and got it again and on. Something I would class as more of an issue than a bug is if it reaches one of its mapping limits (time in area, time since last kill) it quits to login rather than portal out. Then logs back in goes back to eternal lab and the remaining portals are still there so goes straight for one of those and re-enters the mostly cleared map until it times out again and repeat until no portals left (gives 6 relogs per map). Suggest record as completed and tp out (to save excessive relogs) so it goes gets another map and ignores the portals that are there when it goes back in. The final mapping limit doesn't appear to be working, I have max explore set to 98% and it's just explored an entire map then according to logs started idling. Then reached one of the other timing limits exited to login and did the bak to lab back in remaining portal thing (to a completely cleared map). Timeout, quit, back in, timeout, quit, back in til all remaining portals used up. All my skill ranges/priorities/timings seem to be working right (2 attacks, 2 curses), not seen any pausing while attacking issues but I've got my clicks per sec set at 6 and my attack time is 0.26 so I'm not getting full aps anyway (god I'd love that click and hold attacking ). Not had a crash yet, neither bot or poe.

    0.17 Bug's I've encountered so far

First off well done Alk, mostly wicked job For me... - Laboratory map issue (coords seem out to open the map device) - opens then closes social window each time it returns to town from a map (when I've started one running manually) - attacks invisble mobs or air, but I also noticed this sometimes on recent earlier versions, seems worse though. Log is just showing looping: 2014-04-08 23:37:34 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:35 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:36 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 2014-04-08 23:37:37 [info] -> Attacking monster using mouse_left key at distance : 26.474913 And on. So somehow identifying a mob that isn't there. Unless GGG have put ghosts in to fk up bots
  18. This is a fantastic idea zeMagic, would be awesome to monitor externally. My tinfoil hat question is do you know of any software other than procurement that use the API? Just thought if a ton of different IPs start constantly accessing it it could maybe be a flagging source. People wouldn't run procurement with any frequency I think, maybe once twice a day for the hard sellers.
  19. Selfishly bumping this as I really want the extra DPS and really want to minimize my ai clicks per sec. If you've had a chance to look at this alk please include in the next release, or as ever happy to squeak my guinea pig arse off if you need a tester

    Kill peons (range) before boss

At the moment the bot just targets closest then chooses skill based on the skill priorities. So if you set say 2 skills with the same range but set one to focus on "special" and the other "normal" with a higher priority it would still just target whatever was closest to it then use the priorities to choose the skill. Tried a ton of variations but this is definitely how it works. There's numerous feature requests in to prioritize targeting based on mob type, hopefully Alk will get to it at some point soon, think he's busy sorting maps at the mo

    v0.16e Gem and loot pickup

I'm using old pickit and not seen it sell any qual gems have picked plenty up but can't see how the pickit could be affecting it. With the slow item pickup try these settings they don't fix it but help a lot: http://exiled-bot.net/community/index.php/topic/2414-settings-that-significantly-speed-up-items-pickup-from-a-stack/ Alk: Isn't it possible to read the label coords from mem?
  22. Noticed it still goes back in occasionally when it walks the wrong way first after it's id'd items but cuts it down a lot
  23. Even with default range of 1000 bot will stand right next to a shrine and still only activate when no mobs left. Be good to let user choose if they want to prioritize and/or a different range for that. e.g. activate in 1000 but prioritize over attacking if in 300, so it won't run across the screen getting it's ass kicked to activate one but will once it's moved close enough to it during attacks to be worth it
