There were no major changes over the last few years, so all old info is still relevant. You can find all current requirements in bot readme file. There's no discord channel because Discord banned it several times.

Your settings are totally wrong. 1) Ice shot: range 0-35. Priority 1. 2) Barrage: range 0-35. Priority 2. Target rare mobs. You may want to decrease max range though to avoid issues with targeting on non-open maps. Leave aura priority at 1. If you still have any problems, you should attach screenshots.

Higher number means higher priority. Your main skill should be priority 1, other skills higher priorities with appropriate cooldown.
