Just use maps upgrading and you will never have lots of maps in stash. (depending on your settings) -

Your settings are wrong. Most likely stashing settings in pickit tab.

What exactly do you find complicated? It is actually quite simple if you try to learn. First of all make sure that you choose correct game version in bot GUI and that you launch DirectX 9 PoE client.
