need some help with setting up pickit

Could someone show me what I need to do to have the bot pickup magic Harbinger bows, ID them, stash them if they roll high physical damage or vendor if not? Is possible to have it pick up normal harbinger bows and have it transmute them and do the same, stash if high physical roll, or vendor if trash?

The pickit-line for picking up rare harbingers, id em & save them if high dps:

[Type] == "Harbinger Bow" && [Rarity] == "Rare" # [local_minimum_added_physical_damage] >= "25" && [local_physical_damage_+%] >= "150" && [StashItem] == "true"

Transmuting items is not possible.
