needed some help with VM

I have tried with workstation 10 / 7.1.5 /11 but it is still unavailable to install this vmtools (same error)

i have tried install all other necessary things ( directx , c++.etc.) but cant get in the game

i have search this error on google 

i still cannot get any idea what is wrong

host : win7 64

guest: win7 32

 

both using administrator account to login

i run workstation as admin

 

btw that 3 times i install my workstation , there was a error called MSI failed too

I dont know if that is relavent to my vmtools update problem

I urge your help with this

download another Windows ISO and Vmware tools with be automaticly installed.

tried another windows iso english version

but the problem is still the same one

if you do not have skype it will be difficult.

 

 

 

 

 

Currently it looks like it is selecting the VMware tools for windows 2000. On the installation of your OS please make sure you are selecting the correct OS. This is will alow VMware to install correct drivers.
