Bot not using insta fill flasks well. EDIT: SOLVED

I have intant restore flasks and have the bot on a 0 CD for flasks. The threshold is 70%, yet when the health is at 50% the bot is not chugging. Only uses flask once and still has a delay until reuse.

 

Edit: Found a 3s default timer for all flasks. Whut?
