heisenburger 7 Report post Posted June 13, 2014 (edited) For example, when this bot clicks on the "log in" button, does it always click on the same pixel on that button? If it does, GGG could use it to detect botting. Does this bot already have this feature? If not, should it be implemented? immo 219 Report post Posted June 13, 2014 (edited) As far as i know the bot always clicks on the same x/y coordinates. I have thought about this too some time ago but came to the conclusion, that if GGG would really monitor the coordinates and use the results for flagging botusers then weprobably couldnteven bot for 2 or 3 hours. Or if they are banning in waves it would hit each and everyone who uses this bot... on the other hand, all of our statements about what GGG monitors are just guessings. Only GGG knows for sure Edited June 13, 2014 by immo
alkpone 1000000 Report post Posted June 14, 2014 They would have to spend ton of effort to integrate client-side detection, to see ther trick defeated as soon as it is discovered (randomizing click is not hard, just will take quite some time to implement and 100% test it). So I don't think they'll ever do it, unless they implement client-side detection for something else as well.
