Chicken

Recommended Posts

I have got an idea for chicken, if the chicken life % reached the bot will go back to the login screen but some times

it takes to much time to chicken out and eventualy i die . Isnt it better if you chicken out using alt+f4 becouse it would log you

out immediately without dying and losing exp.

Don't think so unless I haven't tried yet.

The reason might be the desync time between server and client. It would be much better, if you set your chicken % to a higher value.

logging out with the logout button or closing the client shouldnt give any difference since the logout time depends on ur connection to the server. probably some kind of the same methods get called if u logout or close the client.

That's not correct, as the click onto the logout button sends a command to the server that you are logged off, now.

If you simply shut down the client the server will keep trying to communicate with you - after a defined amounts of tries the server will give up and close the game serverside. Until this very moment everything is still happening to your toon - although you can't control him anymore.

This simply means:

There is a difference between shutting down the client and logging off.

true, but guess the serverside close is the same if ur telling the server to close.

therefore logging of should be still faster than closing the client.

If you die using the chicken function then :

1 - You set the chicken life % too low

2 - You're take too much damages to use that life %
