How to use skills like aura?

I am wondering how do you get the bot to use skills like Vitality?  I have vitality tied to W and put its priority on 9, but my bot still never uses it.  Any thoughts?

Edit.  I solved it, it turns out you have to keep scrolling down to find Vitality.

also set pri on auras and stuff to 1, pri 9 should be the skill you spam or open with.

Also, any advice on how to get the bot to use skills like enduring cry?  My bot doesn't seem to be using my QWERT skills at all, except for Vitality which is because I enabled the aura option.
