paid 30 days to try the product did not get key

Hi i have decided to give exiled bot a try and have decided to try 1 month before buying life time licence. Any way i decided to use ether as paying method. I got address in a window "where to send" after selecting paying method. Money send in eth explorer it is shown as fully confirmed "to be received by exiled bot but now i got message from exiled bot team that my transaction did not get to them and to do it again. Is exiled bot a scam or something?

no scam, bot has a pretty large following but there are bans that seem to be sticking. Best to send a pm to alk

i wouldn't bother pming him i bought it and got a key that didn't work messaged him about it he read it and ignored it

Try to activate your key without using any proxies or vpn. Also user name is case sensitive.

i dont use proxies or vpns and ive done my username the exact same as on here ive even tried both ways
