DX 9 ex? An in-game setting?

Hi, I run maps just fine, no problem there. But when it ports to stash: 1. goes to the Laboratory waypoint 2. clicks it 3. then it clicks on Merciless... Act 3... but then: 4. clicks somewhere cclose to the map device, the characters moves enough to make the waypoint windows close. 5. starts over from step 1. Anyone know what's up?
