none of us really know to be honest. IP ban does not really make sense, as there could be more than one player/account on a single public ip, like in a commune living setup. Also, GGG clearly say (when you are banned), you are welcome to make another account, you should just not use 3rd party software with it.

did you manually id them? There is an option in map tab to upgrade maps. Be sure that your map profile does allow for map upgrading Make sure the following 2 options are selected

in your pictures, you show the bot standing in act1 town, so not sure what you mean "stays at character selecting scene". The fact that it runs up into the corner is because you have map config enabled, but trying to run act1. I had the same problem and found that to resolve it. Stop the bot, open the character, let it stand in town, then press start bot

well, you have "map profile" enabled, i guess that is why. disable this

i guess using a vpn is a red flag by itself.

did you change your in-game toolbar left mouse to move, and not default attack?

remember, bot can not do "progression" from act5, only 1-4

uhm, twilight strand in merciless? how did you manage to do that? twilight strand cant be teleported to once you are in town anyways, that is the hillock quest. you need to enable progression under "Main" tab, and select "The Coast" map

oh, another thing, you have to select tencent version at the top, not normal (i think)

Oh, you are trying to level with it? Then you have to tick "Progression", and make sure you have selected (in map tab) Act1 - The Coast. It should then start from there Also, i dont know if you should have "press shift while moving, but i do know you have to bind "move only" to your left mouse button in the game, not default attack

do you have progression enabled? Are you trying to run maps, or acts?

hmmm, is this at the login screen? does not seem like the bot actually opens an area/waypoint !! What character did you select in the credential tab?

should you not disable vsync? Not sure though, just a thought. what does the lastlog.txt say? Maybe post a part of it here (a section where you start the bot, and when it runs to corner of map, stop it) then post log
