Bumping this because I have this exact issue and I'm not sure how to fix it.

If there isn't a way to set in the bot settings, it'd be cool to have the bot press Z twice to reset position of item names so it can click on them properly. I notice the bot gets stuck every now and then clicking on an item. It'll be clicking directly on the item but the nameplate to click on to pickup could be elsewhere.
