Is your bot set to clear corrupted zones? If so try unchecking it and see how it runs. That was one of my problems with the bot getting stuck I just stopped using "Clear Corrupted Zones".

When my bot goes back to town to put the currency into the stash it puts it in, but afterwards its stuck in the corner of the stash and would not exit on it own to resume farming.
