Goes crazy, recasting blood rage (Flicker strike, maybe frenzy charge problem?)

Got the same problem on multiple bots, tried different version of bot ( plalanax last realease and 2 realeses before that and official Alk version ). Some of them are flikers, some are not. Bot just stands idle recasting bloodrage for 3-4 times then moves to mobs, kills them and starts recasting it again.
