hello, tell me, the bot going to the card - goes immediately to the portal and so on in a circle the bot is going into the map, and just leaves immediately any ideas?

бот застревает на участке карты , подъём по угловой лестнице , просто стоит и не может подняться. Помогите решить проблему .
