Utility flask integration / +15% lvlng speed?

Hey there,

i was thinking about that it could be helpful if utility flasks are acknowledged and useable by the bot.

This way, in example, one could put two (or three) quicksilver flasks instead of mana bottles in slot 4 and 5 while using mana leech or blood magic, and lvlng would be 15% faster.
