Does anyone know where to exchange prepaid balance for dollars or euros on paypal (or similar)?I have quite some money there and am looking forward to spend it for something useful. dario23 2 Report post Posted July 11, 2017 What exactly do you mean with Prepaid balance? If you are talking about debit or credit cards you can allways attach your paypal. If you are talking about for example a paysafe card people online offer services to exchange them for paypal. if you mean ingame currency you can allways find a buyer on varius forums.
