Not working in 1.0? Try this!

Here are a few simple steps to make sure everything is working correctly.

Is your bot not working correctly post 1.0? Are you new to Exile Bot and having trouble? Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for you

[*:rx3jlpiz]Make sure you have all your movement options set right. As you can see it's quite easy to set up the bot

[*:rx3jlpiz]If your bot is missing the waypoints by a little bit try opening your system.ini file with notepad and which is located in the configuration folder of exile-bot. Copy paste this string seen here over the existing one in the ini file "area_selection_click_delay=900"

[*:rx3jlpiz]Use stand-alone version of Path of Exile. The steam version is currently not supported.

[*:rx3jlpiz]Make sure your DirectX and .NET framework are up to date. You can find a folder called "redist" in your PoE folder for DX11 update and there is a link below for .NET4 Framework

Also, WindowsXp seems to have reported alot of compatability programs with the bot as well. Win7 64bit working the best.

Some say monitor resolution depends too. The higher the better. Atleast 1024x768 preferably, try 1280x800 resolution if you having a problem where your bot continuously moves in a downright direction. Thanks to monster for finding this.

change ur In-Game Resolution to 800x600 and Desktop Resolution to 1280x800 and you will need to put ur Start Menu Taskbar to Auto-Hide

monitor resolution doesnt matter...

it should be atleast big enough to show the poe client in 800x600 resolution though.
