Blood rage recast 3-4times after flicker strike

i am using a blood rage flicker strike build, but the bot always recast the blood rage even there still have 10second above

cast blood rage > flicker strike > blood rage > flicker strike > ........... and go on

but using blood rage with others skill was perfectly work (like lightning strike) ,  and way to fix this or i need to wait the next update of the bot

 

i tried change the max frenzy charge to 1 , and it still using blood rage with 10sec , have over 2 frenzy charge and it still recast all the time

 

please help ;(
