Maintain pressed key/mouse Improvement.

I noticed the bot doesnt maintain key/mouse button when the monsters move even though the option is checked. I was not sure if this was intended or not but if the bot could keep pressing the key/mouse button and just move the mouse on top of monster, we could bot with Cyclone again and also with flameblast. i wanted to bot with flameblast but the bot kept getting only 1 channeled at a time even with the option checked, which is how i found out in the first place.
