Can't log in my forum account

So, i had to create a new account here in the forum because i can't log in my other account which i created like 3 days ago and bought exiled bot for a month. 

 

I deleted all cookies from browser and its saying my password is incorrect, but it isnt. i wrote it down the day i created. i even used "lost password" and chose to send an email to do a new password, but the email isnt arriving. 

 

My forum name is "ilovepoe"

 

Please someone help me, i want to download the new version.
