I was thinking to stop botting from those computers and run the server instead ( seems to be the same power needs). This server is a dual quadcore @3ghz + 32 gb ram ecc+ sas drives. but you're right i need a gpu. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ghbdtls 30 Report post Posted May 13, 2016 the benefit of esx is that u can run direct the vm = u have not really an main os. Prob is the management of it....like dyna say u need an gpu and u must know the esx os sys. its better u pay the 10-15%of performance for the win workstation as to set up the esx Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The tricky part will be the gpu because esxi doesn't "know" that kind of hardware and i'll have to set the drivers and i don't even know if it's possible.
