Will the bot open the sacrifice piece chest at the end of each sac piece run?

I want to make the bot run sacrifice pieces to farm midnights for me, how would i make this work? and will the bot find the chest and open it, and stash midnights while run dawn/noon/dusks

Yes it will do all of the above.  In the Main Tab, enable "Clear Corrupted area"

 

As far as I know, it will not take the red portal that is generated when you finish.  I believe it portals out on its own.
