Wow, it is difficult to buy directly from Europe.  I read a post of a user faking a US address so the purchase would go through and making sure they got the code and not send to address.  I don't think you would be even able to send to address if you wanted to because it is only a code.  I've gotten one before.

Yeah, I gave you one already, you can fake a US address to make the purchase go through and get the code.  Or you can find someone you trust to buy it for you and give you the code.
