Any way to put the PoE CIS client in english ?

Anybody knows a way to run PoE CIS client in english ? It is possible to do so with PoE TW.

I've tryed to launch poecis client in english with guide for poe tw (compiled cracked .exe for cis) but cis client entirely different (to run in english with similar cracked .exe)
