Bot will not use any attack while RF is active?

I have RF set as an aura, yet the bot won't use any attacks it just runs around burning the enemies with RF.

 

How do I fix it - I turn RF off aura it cyclones

Put it on - it just burns them

left click use walk, right click use cyclone(0 min , max 300), setup RF to be castted for any new instance
