Buying Char. run through merc.

I don't know if this is a thing but I was wondering if people sold services where they log onto your account, make a new character, and run them through merc (up to piety kill so I can start doing maps). If this is a thing how much would it cost?

I think people just make accounts and run characters to certain levels and sell their accounts whole.
