Whenever POE is launched on the VM (v 10, Win7 Ultimate 64bit), it begins flickering. I disabled Aero and tried changing resolutions, settings, window/fullscreen, etc... Any ideas? fattymcfatfat 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2014 I found a solution. I uninstalled VMWare 10 and installed VMWare 7.1.3 and all flickering is completely GONE. This should probably be mentioned in the big guide thread... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
