Walt 178 Report post Posted May 28, 2014 Hi there. What I recommend doing is obtaining a prepaid card and filling the balance with what is on the paysafecard. Make sure it's visa or Amex or something like that. American credit cards Now, when you check out at paypal to buy, use that prepaid card and enter it's information.
