Since bot will keep returning to SAME town instance. running to and fro like that will draw a lot of attention.

Maybe stop bot if bot is suppose to retrieve map in stash but cannot find any?

Just stop the bot.

Maybe it's because you set the zone to farm to Eternal Laboratory ? If so, you have to change it for a zone you want to farm if the bot doesn't have any map left, like Library or Catacombs.
