VPN issue (disconnects and requiring to re-enter password/code)

Hi, I am currently using VPN service on each of my VM's, however my issue is that I cannot get the IP to be static, meaning the game keeps thinking im logging in from a different location everytime it tries to connect into the game. Requiring to check mail and enter the unlock code. Is there a way I can fix this issue? im using https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/
