Question about hiding bot

So I recently bought 1 month trial to check out the bot.  Everything works great so far, but I am wondering when  you just start the bot, it asks if you want to hide the bot in another program.  I am wondering which program to hide it in, I am not good with computers so I don't want to mess any other program up by accident.

Also, what are the advantages of not hiding the bot?  So far, I am playing using the without hiding the bot option.

I personally use an app that just runs all the time in the background. PM me if you want which app I use it works every time.
