bipbiipbiiip 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2013 Hi, Just installed VMware Player with a Win7Prox64 virtual OS (2 cores, 3.5 Go RAM) and I got a brightness problem. The color of the Poe window is only good when I'm selecting certain buttons. Most of the time it's super bright. Any idea ? Its just a tiny fix :] http://entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm #Edit: Link added for ya Edited November 22, 2013 by NFSBloody

bipbiipbiiip 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) It seems the problem is deeper : http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/542766 Should I use a VMware workstation version instead ? EDIT : Same problem with Workstation version... and PowerStrip doesn't change anything. Edited November 22, 2013 by bipbiipbiiip

EDIT : Same problem with Workstation version... and PowerStrip doesn't change anything. I didn't say it would fix, i said it just removes the permanent brightness and replaces it with 2~3 second brightness flashes... Thats how i "kinda" fixed it... There is still no solution for it... drmaboul 3 Report post Posted December 17, 2013 (edited) my personal fix is to press F1 to get FPS, ping etc. It disable the "brightnesds bug" With Dxtory : same thing, but you have to disable the FPS display in Dxtory. (disable all overlay things in overlay settings of dxtory) hope it will work for you guys Edited December 17, 2013 by drmaboul
