Not working when I hit start

Bot will open, but as soon as I hit start it just closes. This is the entirety of the log. I have DirectX installed along with other required files. Any ideas?

EDIT: The C++ link in the readme is garbage, go to the actual website and get it, the one they link is old and doesn't work.
