Bot Fail to pick up items

Using latest version of game and bot.

Bot use alt to show up items, but hovers cursor just below its name.

it seems that bot keeps alternating alt and ctrl press.

After a few seconds, bot gives up and proceedes to walking and killing mobs.

There was already a post about this, and I commented the fix..

Have already tried your suggestion, but it haven't worked here for me, sorry.
