Noob question / refund possible?

some maybe dumb questions;

 

can the bot auto level from say level 1.

Is the resolution able to be set higher > 800x600 looks like a stamp on all my screens.

Where could i request a refund, cause so far not really impressed.

my creditcard company would disagree  i have all the right to demand a refund according to EU laws, but dont wanna go there. Also your attitude of "you dont have any right to demand a refund"  is speaking books about the "great customer service" offered on the main page. I asked where can i request a refund.

Ill try to set my expectation straight if a refund is not possible (you could say that in a normal way), if the bot does not do more than what is barely usable in my normal high resolution etc in my opinion, is it OK for me to give away the key to a friend / transfer it?

why would u like to set it up in higher res ?
it is bot so its doing stuff automatically u don't have to look at it at all.
Read Readme file - all is in there
Since it's using prewritten coords it is impossible to run it in different res or another language.
But it was never an issue for me, changing res when u are going manually its 2 sec
Btw autoflask and chicken works well with different res

This bot has thousands of users. If it's a scam, this place would be flooded by angry comments. This bot has saved me from wasting years of life. It's shame some people don't know how to use it.
