RF Issue bot not working

The bot will cast RF but not doing anything else. If I turn off RF in the combat routine the bot works fine. Here are the logs from when it does nothing.

and it repeats those 2 lines until I exit.

Uncheck "Always recast buff" and set max distance to 100 or something and cooldown to 10000+
