Cruel act 2, 8% Attack speed or 18% Physical damage?

I am playing barb and reached act 2 on cruel and have to make up my mind between 8%attack speed and 18% phys damage.

any tips?

I haven't picked any weapon yet on my passive tree nor do I know which attack skill I should go for.

I plan on making this a botting character, so have I've enjoyed the most cyclone and lightning strike. also sweep but don't always have the right weapon to us it.
