No idea if it was reported, tried to check but did not found similar report. So, bot trying to apply orb of chance to the mirrored item (the one from strong box), and since you can't apply any orb to such gear that result in infinite loop, bot trying to chance it forever. So you have to manually remove such "mirored" item from the bot inventory. That bug exist for a long time, could be nice if you fix it, thank you!

was about to request the same feature, got some time check forum, yes its "MUST HAVE" feature, would not mind to have it as separate feature for $$$. Please!
