With that fire res id recommend get a docks Waypoint from party, and farm there... -
I didn't say it would fix, i said it just removes the permanent brightness and replaces it with 2~3 second brightness flashes... Thats how i "kinda" fixed it... There is still no solution for it...

Use PowerStrip, It fixes way better the brightness, but you might get some flashes with the brightness... Its just a tiny fix :] http://entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm #Edit: Link added for ya
