    I can only recommend trading with Aeiz. He remained very cool while I was getting suspicious after a trade.

     

    Here is what happened: traded 70EX, didn't get the payment and there was no log of the transaction in his account, Phoned paypal who told me there was no trace of a pending transaction to my account. Only to find out on the community forum that some technical glitch is delaying some transactions for multiples hours. Got the money 5 hours later.  Stupid paypal...

    all i can say is you probably looked for support in the wrong place? some of us actually has active skypes too that you can find us by, we have a life too you know, we can't be around 24/7 and we provide support services completely voluntarily and we ain't getting paid for it, not to mention timezone differences.

    as mentioned before because i wasn't home to check the pickit file, so i wasn't completely sure if wand is an independently recognizable comment for the bot, but now that i've taken a look at it, i don't think alkpone has made it recognizable yet, so you will need to separately add each wand by name of base item.
