I have started having the same problem, the bot says i have unlocked elite , then when try to activate says need lvl 45+ . Please help

Hey everyone, i am new to this place, so far i really like it and i hope it will become more popular as poe will finally be released. Yes tried the new one today and am still locked out of elite , saying i need 45 everytime i try to start it.
