Setting aside the fact that I'm not sure that's something you'd even want a bot touching assuming it even COULD, changing your IP address is generally a pretty simple process even if you're NOT using a VPN. Every hour they spent adding this "feature" would be an hour taken away from something actually useful they could implement.
