Is there any way to make the bot pick up the rogue markers??

About every 3rd map, bot gets stuck in HO, keeps selecting Kirac, even after I have named the NPC to select "Helena". Since Kirac can NOT be removed from the HO, how do I work around this issue ?

I am seeing an issue with metamorph where the bot selects the chamber, but does not know what to do afterwards and just exits . any ideas ?
