when i read that i was happy but nope doesn't work

the menu is not popping up when i attach it im running window 10 home and yes i installed that i did everything from that thread

You can download it here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?DisplayLang=en&id=35 IMPORTANT : You need to install Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package (x64). You can download it here : https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x64.exe first i couln't install the 2017 so i unnninstalled every virtual i had in add remove programs and i reinstalled the 2017 then i t still coulnd't attach so i installed the 86x(32 bit ) version and the 64x and im super confused i really dont know what to do i just bough the bot it sucks help me out please :'(
