I think my virusprogram or windows defender keep deleting it but cannot find what exactly is deleting the file each time? Tried disabling windows defender and avast and it still gets deleted the moment I open it even with admin rights. I know I had that problem before and I could simply add it to the list of trusted programs but for some reason I cannot get it right this time. Hope someone is able to help me with this problem or guide me into the right direction.
