Ill try to set my expectation straight if a refund is not possible (you could say that in a normal way), if the bot does not do more than what is barely usable in my normal high resolution etc in my opinion, is it OK for me to give away the key to a friend / transfer it?

my creditcard company would disagree i have all the right to demand a refund according to EU laws, but dont wanna go there. Also your attitude of "you dont have any right to demand a refund" is speaking books about the "great customer service" offered on the main page. I asked where can i request a refund.

some maybe dumb questions; can the bot auto level from say level 1. Is the resolution able to be set higher > 800x600 looks like a stamp on all my screens. Where could i request a refund, cause so far not really impressed.
