How do I configure combat skills for my champion witch in Combat setting

When i start the bot, the bot do not want to throw the skills and do not complete the quests that appear on the map, i leave the bot configuration equal to that video that appears on the forum. I have a license and access to the premium options, I want to know if the bot is able to take my champion to the maximum level completing all the missions.I'm new, the bot doesn't have a profile for a certain character?
