When I go to authenticate and fill my username and keynumber, it says the key provide does not exist. How to solve this>?

Hi there i have bought the unlimited acces, but do I need anything else to have acces to the bot working (acces elite)?? Because if i fill the code and my username and ill get the error message that my account is not being elite... what am i doing wrong?
